98. Pay your respect to those that have already taken the plunge.

Most cemeteries with celebrity gravesites offer maps and/or have staffers to answer specific questions (i.e. “Where’s Marilyn Monroe?”). However, the two Forest Lawn Memorial Parks provide maps only and have forbidden employees to answer celebrity questions.

Marilyn Monroe, dressed in a green Pucci dress and a platinum blonde wig, is buried in a simple wall crypt, no. 24, along the “Corridor of Memories” at Pierce Bros. Westwood Village Memorial Park in Westwood.

Fan clubs have donated the memorial bench nearby. Dean Martin, Natalie Wood, author Truman Capote and musician Frank Zappa also are buried in this cemetery.
