Hollywood & Highland is one of the best places to spot a celeb for free. Premiere’s typically take place at the beginning of the week and with two different theaters known for the glam Hollywood Premiere (Grauman’s Chinese Theatre and El Capitan), chances are you’ll spot a celeb.
