And the mom-and-pop atmosphere always strikes a chord and brings back memories of Taiwan night markets and roadside shops. The best places to eat in Chinatown after the <a href="http://www.discoverlosangeles.com/los-angeles-page.php?tid=3323&amp;pageid=1017" target="_blank">jump</a>.</p>
